The Challenge

Creative direction and development of key assets for a campaign that inspires solidarity for climate action and raises awareness of the climate crisis. The #LoveLetterToMyPlanet campaign amplifies the voices of women leaders as its central focus.

The Solution

Our design approach centred on creating unique, authentic touches in the campaign to draw the association of a hand-written letter. Inspired by the concept of a stamp, we placed a woman at the centre, her hair flowing freely, surrounded by the campaign slogan. The campaign included tailored-made illustrations and motion designs distributed during the COP29 on Climate Change in Baku, Azerbaijan. The postcards featuring the campaign illustrations generated broad interest and resulted in a plan to create a digital space to send postcards as a love letter to our planet.

Our design approach centered on creating unique, authentic touches in the campaign to draw the association of a hand-written letter by high-level women leaders that will resonate deeply and inspire change.

The stamp concept sparked our imagination while creating the campaign. Each letter deserves a unique touch to feel authentic. With so many creative ideas swirling around us, we placed a woman in a stamp and made her hair loose and free. The vibrant colour palette of lush green with a pink accent reflects the vitality of nature and women’s impact on a greener future.

The illustrations are designed to reflect key themes from the "Love Letter" campaign, focusing on essential issues such as health, food and water security, sustainable transport, and livelihoods of people and communities. These visuals have been thoughtfully adapted to align with the campaign's colour palette, reinforcing its message of care and responsibility.

Illustrations are brought to life by adding motion to draw attention and enhance the emotional connection with each postcard. The approach focused on preserving the artwork while adding movement to evoke warmth, hope, and a sense of care—mirroring the campaign’s message of love and responsibility toward our planet.

We must act now, not just to protect Earth for our sake, but to ensure that the children of today and tomorrow can live in a world where they can dream, glow and lead lives full of opportunity and hope.
