The Challenge
Whistleblowing policies exist to give people a safe way to raise concerns, but the process can feel formal, complicated or intimidating. The International Cocoa Initiative needed a clear, accessible way to explain why its whistleblowing policy matters, how it connects to the organisation’s values and Code of Conduct, and how staff and stakeholders can report misconduct anonymously.
The Solution
We developed a concise animated explainer that turns the policy into a straightforward, human story. Rather than presenting whistleblowing as a dense set of rules, the script focuses on why speaking up matters and walks viewers through the anonymous reporting process in clear, accessible language. The tone is proactive and positive, helping make an important safeguard feel approachable and actionable.
